TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FORM
MUNFIN MIDNIGHT REBEL - Irish Draught £500
CASTLE KNIGHT - Connemara £400
KIRKSTALL SPIRIT - TB £350
All semen must be paid for before it is despatched .
Visiting mares must be swabbed and clear for CEM & EVA before arriving at stud.
THE STUD FEES of £500/£400/350 includes the 1st collection fee if the mare is at stud only!
We advise you to get your vet to scan your mare when in season to ascertain her readiness for insemination. Please notify us by 11am at the latest for delivery the next day - ideally 36 hours before you intend to inseminate your mare.
The chilled semen will be sent to your preferred address.
Collection Fee:
1st Collection included in stud fee If mare is at stud, £100 if chilled and shipped.
2nd & Subsequent Collections :- £100each. (plus postage)
SEMEN WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY TUESDAY THROUGH TO SATURDAY. There is NO delivery on a Sunday or Monday.
Semen can be collected in person from the stud on any day.
Postage by Royal mail special delivery - £45 by 9am week days, £55 for Saturday delivery.
All SEMEN TRANSPORT CONTAINERS must be returned to the stud within 1 week or a hire charge will be made.
TERMS: NO FOAL FREE RETURN
CONDITIONS: Free return for the named mare or another mare in same ownership if the stud is informed by 1st October that the mare is not in foal and is accompanied by a vets certificate.
The stud fee will not be charged the following year but a collection fee of £100 per cycle and P&P will apply again.
The semen is to be inseminated for 1 pregnancy in the named mare only.
Any unused semen is to be destroyed.
Stud fees and free returns are non-returnable if semen is unused for 2 stud seasons.
Stud season: January 1st - October 1st.
